Getting motivated was really hard but after going to Gabriella’s class I realised exercise could be fun again. The classes are always a good mix of exercises and always well demonstrated and explained. Not only is she a fantastic trainer but also very easy to talk to and always there for a ‘girlie’ chat to brighten up my day. A true Little Miss Sunshine.”
