How To Use:
I personally find the best way to use this powder is in smoothies. On days that I know I won’t necessarily be consuming high amounts of greens (which is most days if I’m being honest), this is the perfect go-to for getting your daily dose.
I’ve found fruity smoothies are best suited to the taste of the powder. At first, for some the powder may prove an acquired taste, but after having it a couple times, I promise you’ll get used to it. When mixed in with fruit, I found I came round to the taste quite quickly. Personally I always found I’d rather drink my greens then have to eat them, so this option suits me well.
