Magic Boost Smoothie
~ Magic In Action ~
Now you know some of the secrets about the creation of our Magic boost powder, it’s time to put that magic into action.
Smoothie Ingredients:
Frozen Banana
Kale
Spinach
Frozen Pineapple
Frozen Mango
Magic Boost Powder
Milk
Protein Powder
*The added protein powder is optional. I’ll add this if I’m making a smoothie post-workout, or on days that my protein consumption is low.
How-To:
Start by chopping any frozen fruit or veg into manageable sized pieces
Add all to blender
Add choice of milk (I use Oat or Almond but any will work)
Add scoop of Magic Boost Powder
Add Protein Powder (optional)
Then blend everything together
*Note that depending on desired consistency / amount being made, more milk or water may need to be added to help blend everything smoothly.
Once blended together, pour into a glass and enjoy.
