Magic Boost Smoothie

 

~ Magic In Action ~

Now you know some of the secrets about the creation of our Magic boost powder, it’s time to put that magic into action.

Smoothie Ingredients:

  • Frozen Banana

  • Kale

  • Spinach

  • Frozen Pineapple

  • Frozen Mango

  • Magic Boost Powder

  • Milk

  • Protein Powder

    *The added protein powder is optional. I’ll add this if I’m making a smoothie post-workout, or on days that my protein consumption is low.

How-To:

  • Start by chopping any frozen fruit or veg into manageable sized pieces

  • Add all to blender

  • Add choice of milk (I use Oat or Almond but any will work)

  • Add scoop of Magic Boost Powder

  • Add Protein Powder (optional)

  • Then blend everything together

*Note that depending on desired consistency / amount being made, more milk or water may need to be added to help blend everything smoothly.

Once blended together, pour into a glass and enjoy.
