Very Berry Smoothie

 
 

A Berry good smoothie that’s sure to give you a boost ;)

If you know me well, then you’ll know that smoothies are my go-to when I know I haven’t eaten enough fruit or veg, but seriously still can’t be bothered to eat them!! :|

You can put almost anything in smoothies (I usually use stuff I don’t like eating e.g. kale) and you can have it at home or on the go.

If you’re someone who needs stuff done quick and easy, this is the perfect option. They can be made fresh in minutes or the night before.

I often use them for mornings when I’m busy with jobs and know I don’t have a lot of time for a sit down breakfast… Trying to start my morning right and all that…

Smoothie Contents:

  • Frozen Banana

  • Frozen Berries

  • Cocoa Powder (adds a forest gateau vibe)

  • Protein Powder (optional, but helps fill you up on a morning)

  • Cinnamon

  • Magic Boost Powder

  • Milk Preference (I use Oat or Almond)

How-To:

  • Roughly chop x1 banana into pieces (mind your fingers).

  • Add to blender with a handful of frozen berries.

  • Add 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder, sprinkle of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of boost powder (if you have some made), and a scoop of protein powder.

  • Add milk and/or water to blender and blend together. You may need to add more liquid as you go to reach desired consistency.

  • Then put into a glass, jam jar, or cool bottle to enjoy.
